Privacy at R&R™
We try to collect only the information needed to operate the directory, verify defined facts or relationships, respond to requests, and improve provider intelligence.
Public profiles
Unclaimed profiles may be built from factual public business information and documented source records. Businesses can request corrections, dispute information, or request review for unpublication.
Private information and evidence
Sensitive evidence, private operator answers, reviewer identity, and internal verification materials are not intended for public display. Evidence used to confirm a provider-customer relationship is kept separate from public profile content.
Newsletter consent
Newsletter signup is optional and separate from profile claims, corrections, provider submissions, introductions, or other operational workflows. We record consent status and honor unsubscribe requests.
